- Dheki Kuta Rice is Dehusked by the traditional hand-pounding method. Our Farmers make use of the Dheki which is a Traditional Dehusking tool, which was used widely by tribals traditionally. The process involves pounding the rice with a wooden hammer assisted by a wood log to dehusk rice.
- As the process is not controlled by machines this results in breaking rice into smaller pieces but its outer cover and the protective layer
are mostly intact i.e. rice may look a little dul
